| STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the agreement. | BACKGROUND:
The City Attorney finds it is necessary and appropriate that legal services be performed for City with respect to the City’s General Plan Update. Holland & Knight, LLP is experienced and a well-qualified specialist in the field of such legal services. As such, the City desires to retain Holland & Knight, LLP for potential CEQA litigation and related advocacy and legal advice regarding the General Plan Update and under the direction of the City Attorney in an amount not to exceed $150,000. |
